The NICREW ClassicLED Marine (model N14804) is a 32W bar light for saltwater tanks 30 to 36 inches long. Extendable brackets on both ends sit on rimless or framed aquariums. It is the marine version of the freshwater ClassicLED Plus.
Spectrum
It mixes 445nm and 460nm blue, 10,000K white and RGB LEDs, with a higher share of actinic blue. That blend is what gives a reef tank its blue look and shows coral fluorescence, while the white keeps fish colors natural.
Dual-channel timer

The included controller has two channels. It brings intensity up gradually in the morning and fades it in the evening, giving a sunrise and sunset effect without extra equipment.
What one light supports

NICREW says one light supports saltwater fish, live rock, soft corals and LPS corals. For low light SPS corals it suggests using two lights. That is a realistic description: this is a starter reef or FOWLR bar, not a high-output SPS fixture.
Protect it from salt

NICREW strongly recommends a glass or acrylic canopy between the light and the water. Salt spray and humidity shorten LED life, and a simple lid also cuts evaporation and keeps fish from jumping.
Good setups for it
- Fish-only with live rock tanks
- Mixed soft coral tanks with mushrooms, leathers and zoanthids
- Hardy LPS kept in the middle of the rockwork
Tips
Start corals low in the tank and move them up gradually. Keep the bar clean; a film of salt creep on the cover cuts output noticeably. If you grow into more demanding corals, add a second bar or move up to a light such as the NICREW NavaReef 65.
When positioning it, keep the bar centered front to back so neither the front glass nor the back wall gets all the light. If you notice a shimmer effect missing, that is expected: a diffused bar trades shimmer for even coverage, which suits soft corals well.
The Bottom Line
A straightforward marine bar for FOWLR and soft coral tanks.
