The hygger intelligent wave maker is a 25W magnetic circulation pump with an external display controller. The 6 modes

• Constant: steady, fixed flow
• Pulse: fast bursts at full power, then low
• Tide: slow rise and fall
• Random: irregular, turbulent flow
• Quick: strong constant flow
• FWD/REV: alternating forward and reverse

Changing flow patterns mimic a reef or river, help corals shed waste and keep detritus moving toward the filter.

Night and low flow

A light sensor on the controller drops the pump to its lowest speed when the room goes dark and restores your mode when the lights return. You can also run calmer flow at night or switch it off, so fish can rest.

Feeding pause

Press the feed button and the pump stops so food sinks where fish can reach it. After ten minutes it restarts on its own.

Wide outlet

The head has 2 small outlets and a rotatable, wide wave outlet. A wider stream spreads flow evenly and is gentler on fish and plants than a narrow jet.

Mounting

A strong magnetic base holds it to the glass, and a silicone sleeve reduces noise and prevents scratches. Low water level protection adds a safety margin.
