The SongLong 403B is a submersible pump with a max flow of 400GPH and a high lift of 6.5ft. An adjustable knob sets the flow rate. Four strong suction cups on the bottom hold it in place, and a 6Ft power cord gives you room to route it. It ships with 3Nozzles and has a 1 Year Manufacture warranty.
Mounting options
The suction cups let you stick the pump to the side of an aquarium vertically or horizontally, or to the floor of a basin. That keeps it off the substrate and lets you aim it exactly where you need flow.
Nozzles and threaded fittings

The three nozzles give different outlet sizes, and the threaded fittings hold more securely than push-on ones. Use the largest nozzle that fits your tubing for the best flow.
Where it works

- Tabletop and garden fountains.
- Return for a small sump or DIY filter.
- Circulation in a large freshwater tank.
- Water changes from a bucket.
Flow at height

At its 6.5ft maximum lift, flow drops to nothing. A sump return a few feet up still gets useful flow. Plan your plumbing with as few bends as possible.
Quiet and durable
SongLong uses stainless steel parts and an ultra-quiet design. If it becomes noisy, check for trapped air or debris around the impeller.
Cleaning
No tools are needed to take it apart. Rinse the cover and impeller every month or two in a tank, more often in an outdoor fountain.
Compare
The PULACO 400 GPH pump offers similar flow with a slightly higher lift. For tiny fountains, the PULACO 95 GPH mini pump is easier to hide. Keep any pump fully underwater while it runs.
Fit a coarse sponge over the intake in tanks with small fish or shrimp, and in fountains where leaves can drift in. It cuts clogs and keeps animals safe.
The Bottom Line
A flexible mid-size pump that mounts almost anywhere in a tank or fountain.
