FZONE Solo Series Nano LED Aquarium Light

The FZONE SOLO is a compact, app-controlled LED for nano planted freshwater tanks, shrimp tanks, Wabi-Kusa and small terrariums. It covers tanks 20 to 50cm in length and clamps to rimless glass under 8mm thick.

LEDs

The panel carries 18 RGB LEDs and 18 white LEDs. Each color channel is controlled independently, so you can lean warm for plant color, cool for a crisp look, or add red to bring out red plants.

App control and modes

The light connects over Bluetooth to a phone app. There are 3 modes:

• Custom: up to 24 time points for your own sunrise and sunset curve
• Auto: scheduled weather effects such as cloudy, rainy or sunny days
• Manual: direct brightness and color adjustment

A temporary light feature turns the light on for maintenance without disturbing the schedule, and memory keeps settings through a power outage.

Adjustable stand

Height is adjustable, the panel rotates 120° and the stand rotates 360°. That makes it easy to aim at an emersed Wabi-Kusa ball or a corner of a nano scape.

Build

The housing is black aluminum alloy with a sandblasted matte anodized finish, so it suits display tanks where the fixture is visible.

Setup tips

Start with a modest peak and a 6 to 7 hour bright period, then extend once plants are growing and algae stays quiet. The weather effects are fun, but keep them occasional. Fertilize to match the light; liquid dosing plus root tabs works for most nano scapes.

Because the stand rotates freely, the SOLO also works for a bowl or open-top jar where a bracket light has nothing to sit on. Keep the phone app updated and name the light clearly if you run more than one Bluetooth device near the tank, so you always change the right schedule.
