The Clscea premium version is a mini glass CO2 diffuser for small tanks on a pressurized CO2 supply. It comes with a U tube, a check valve and a suction cup, packed in an acrylic storage box.
Glass and ceramic
The body is clear glass, which looks clean in a planted aquascape. A ceramic piece at the top breaks CO2 into fine, even bubbles. The ceramic piece is fixed and cannot be removed or replaced, so the whole diffuser is replaced when it wears out.
The wider U tube

Clscea widened the U tube after buyers found the old one too narrow to hang on their tanks. It now fits tank walls less than 1 inch thick. The U tube also stops the CO2 hose from kinking where it bends over the rim, which can choke gas flow.
Pressure needs

This diffuser needs at least 14PSI working pressure to work well. That is normal for a ceramic atomizer on a regulator, but it means it will not work with DIY yeast CO2 setups that build low pressure. It fits 4/6mm (3/163 inner diameter) CO2 tubing.
Placement

- Mount it low, below the filter outflow
- Angle the disc so the current carries the mist across the tank
- Keep it where you can see it, to watch bubble size
Cleaning
When the mist turns coarse, soak the diffuser in a mild bleach dip, then rinse well and soak in dechlorinated water before reinstalling. Handle it gently, since glass breaks. The acrylic box is a safe place to keep it between cleanings. Clscea says it will replace a diffuser that arrives broken.
Related
For a tougher body, the FZONE acrylic diffuser adds a bubble counter.
A drop checker in the tank helps you judge whether the CO2 rate is right. Green means about right, blue means too little and yellow means too much.
The Bottom Line
A neat glass atomizer for small pressurized CO2 setups.
