The FZONE CO2 diffuser combines three parts of a pressurized CO2 line in one acrylic body: a micro-pore ceramic disc, a bubble counter and a check valve. This page covers the S-19mm size, made for tanks up to 13 gallons.
How it works
CO2 enters the chamber, passes the built-in check valve and leaves through the ceramic disc as fine bubbles. Smaller bubbles have more surface area and dissolve more before reaching the top, so plants get more of the gas you pay for. When the chamber is filled with water it doubles as a bubble counter, so you can read the flow rate without adding a separate counter to the line.
Sizes

- S: tanks up to 13 gallons (this listing, S-19mm)
- M: tanks of 13–32 gallons
- L: tanks of 32 gallons or more
Acrylic instead of glass

Glass diffusers look great but snap easily during cleaning. Acrylic has glass-like clarity and is far harder to break. The disc is bonded to the chamber with a tight seal, so it holds up under regulator pressure. The disc is not designed to be swapped out.
What is in the box

A syringe, a suction cup and a short length of tubing come with it. The syringe helps fill the counter chamber with water during setup.
Setup tips
Place the diffuser low in the tank, near the filter intake or under the outflow, so the current spreads the mist. Count bubbles after the line settles and raise the rate slowly while you watch fish behavior. Clean the disc when the mist gets coarse.

If you prefer an inline diffuser hidden on a canister line, compare the Clscea stainless steel CO2 diffuser.
Pair the diffuser with a good regulator and a solenoid on a timer so CO2 runs only during the light period. That keeps levels steady for plants and safe for fish overnight.
The Bottom Line
A tidy, sturdy CO2 diffuser that saves room on the line.
