VIVOSUN 800 GPH Submersible Fountain Pump

The VIVOSUN 800GPH submersible pump moves up to 800 GPH (3000L/H) with a maximum lift of up to 10 ft. It runs on 50W at 110-120V. A control knob and interchangeable nozzles let you set the flow, and the pump can sit flat, stick to an angled or vertical surface, or rotate to any position you need.

Flexible placement

That placement freedom is the standout. In a pond you can tuck it behind a rock on its side. In a sump you can stick it to a wall to save floor space. In a fountain basin you can angle it toward the outlet so the tubing runs clean.

Flow control

Turn the knob to reduce output and swap nozzles to match tubing. VIVOSUN notes that flow decreases as lift height increases, so a pump at the bottom of a deep pond feeding a tall waterfall will deliver less than the rating.

Uses in fishkeeping

Cleaning

No tools are needed to take it apart. Pop the cover, pull the impeller and rinse. Ponds need this more often, especially in fall when leaves are dropping.

At 4.33 x 2.87 x 3.68 inches, it is small for the flow and easy to hide. The green housing blends into ponds and planted areas.

Safety

Plug it into a GFCI outlet, keep it fully submerged, and use a drip loop on the cord.
